B&B Italia presents Borea, the eclectic and complete collection of outdoor furniture 2021 designed by Piero Lissoni. Portrayed by Tommaso Sartori in the architect’s Maremma country house, the new series of chairs and tables is characterized by the fluid and continuous design of the painted metal structures, by the generous and welcoming kitchens covered with fabrics inspired by the classic cotton canvas striped from yesteryear, in different shades, and for the bright colors of the enamelled lava stone table tops.
In addition to the unmistakable stylistic code, Borea is proposed as a collection attentive to the theme of sustainability: in fact it uses recycled and recyclable materials (such as the padding in 100% polyester fiber coming from the recycling of PET bottles), as well as completely separable so that, end of life cycle, each single element can be recovered or disposed of by following the path most suitable for each material.
